𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝?

I am pleased to say that our research “𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝘽𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙄𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙂𝙤𝙤𝙙: 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙄𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣-𝘾𝙎𝙄” has been accepted for publication by California Management Review (CMR).

We wanted to show how business growth through innovation can converge with meeting social needs through CSI leading the How to Start and What to Do.

This article provides guidance on how companies can implement solutions effectively to benefit both business and society. This is because many companies still see innovation focused on social impact as complex.

While concepts like CSR and B-Corps have value, they have limitations in driving social change that CSI can help address. One of the main elements CSI considers is one of the stakeholders not present in the other disciplines aiming to create responsibility in the company to do good for people and the environment.
