This is the result of renewed (since our MBA studies) mutual efforts betweenย Ben Warnes MBA MCIOBย and I.
New AI regulations come to help manage problems. But they can make leaders either want or not want AI, they, alone do not ensure a trustable AI use. ย Companies also need policies, training, and bosses who value ethics and clarity. Most of all, staff need oversight roles. But to build trust in AI, balanced leadership, openness, and giving staff power matter more.
